5G provides high speeds, large connections and low latency, while MESH networks 'ad hoc networks and multi-hop transmission can enhance coverage and survivability. Users may need to deploy this hybrid network in places that are not covered by traditional base stations, such as inside factories, underground facilities or temporary event sites, to ensure seamless connectivity. A solution that combines 5G high-speed performance and MESH network flexibility focuses on solving network coverage and stability issues in complex environments, while providing high security and scalability.

5G+MESH
In scenarios such as Industry 4.0, smart cities, and emergency command, traditional cellular networks have problems such as coverage blind spots, network congestion, and poor invulnerability. It is difficult to meet real-time requirements, especially in high-density device access, complex terrain or mobile scenarios. 5G+MESH networking technology can build a highly elastic and decentralized communication network by integrating the high speed and low latency of 5G with the self-organization and multi-hop transmission characteristics of MESH network, suitable for factories, ports, Kuangqu, disaster rescue and other scenarios.

5G+MESH Networking Solutions
The 5G industrial intelligent gateway supports intelligent networking, and the MESH node supports dual-mode (5G+Wi-Fi 6) communication, and automatically selects the link (delay 20ms, packet loss rate 0.1%). Adopt hierarchical clustering routing algorithms to reduce large-scale network topology maintenance overhead. Network slicing and QoS guarantee technology divides three types of network slices: industrial control, video surveillance, and Mobile device to ensure the bandwidth and priority of critical services. Based on 5G URLLC (Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication), the scheduling instruction transmission delay is 20ms. Integrating edge computing, MESH nodes have built-in edge computing modules that locally handle tasks such as video analysis and device status detection to reduce return pressure. Support mobile edge computing and realize cross-node computing power collaboration.
