Intelligent pumping station solutions

The intelligent pumping station IoT solution adopts a four-layer "sense-transmission-platform-application" architecture: the sensing layer deploys pressure, liquid level, temperature and humidity, smoke and other sensors and intelligent controllers (Soft starters, electric valves) collect equipment status and environmental data in real time; the transmission layer relies on the 4G Industrial IoT Gateway to achieve local data preprocessing and efficient cloud transmission; the platform layer integrates AI algorithms based on the Huawo IoT Cloud Platform to complete equipment management, Fault prediction and energy efficiency analysis; The application layer dynamically displays the operating parameters, energy consumption curves and alarm information of the pumping station through a large-screen visual interface, supports remote start and stop, valve adjustment, intelligent dispatch and hierarchical alarms, and realizes digital management of the entire life cycle of the pumping station.
