Cloud PLC solutions
Cloud-based PLC solutions aim to realize the networking transformation and upgrading of traditional PLC equipment, remote monitoring management and maintenance, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and improve factory productivity. The 4G Industrial IoT Gateway is connected to the PLC through a network port to collect on-site critical data of the equipment in real time. After the local data is filtered and pre-processed by the 4G Industrial IoT Gateway, the data is transmitted to the IoT Cloud platform in a dedicated protocol format through the 4G operator network for further analysis and processing. Maintenance personnel establish a maintenance channel with the on-site gateway through the IoT Cloud Platform to remotely configure, debug and upgrade PLCs. Through the IoT Cloud Platform, they can manage equipment uniformly, realize functional applications such as remote maintenance and remote online monitoring, and grasp the operating status of on-site equipment in real time. Improve operating efficiency; and through timely preventive maintenance, problems can be discovered and solved in a timely manner before faults occur, improving production efficiency and extending equipment life.
